- Keep only cards with a Release Date and time at or after that cutoff. Stop when the newest-first list reaches an older timestamp.
- Open the profile and match the booking number, age, booking date, charges, and arresting agency. Do not rely on the name alone.
- Call the Benton County Detention Facility or request the official record when release reason, destination, or authenticity matters.

Bond Is Not a Benton Release Reason
A bond value on a Benton County release card can help connect the booking to a court case. It cannot be read as the reason the person left. The official profile warns that charges and bail may change after a court appearance and directs users to detention staff for current amounts, charges, and case numbers. A displayed value of $0.00 does not prove time served, dismissal, recognizance, transfer, or any other release path.

Note: Court action and physical release are distinct events, so compare the order with the jail timestamp instead of assuming both occurred together.
Benton Release Versus Current Custody
The Current roster and Released filter answer different questions. A Current result means the person is presently listed in Benton County custody. A Released result means Benton marked that booking ended during the rolling 48-hour period. Absence from the Current roster does not, by itself, prove return to the community. Missouri’s active offender search has an important limit.
