Search entries
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates the tool. Benton County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you email us or use an available contact form, we retain the message and contact details needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless the law requires it.
